Internships

We recruit annually for 1 year internship placements for students that have just completed their second-year of university. Internships applications are currently closed, and will reopen next year.

We’re growing our team at PriestmanGoode and looking for passionate, talented designers to join us in our Farringdon studio. We’re currently recruiting for both Colour, Material and Finish (CMF) Designers and Industrial Designers to support our expanding portfolio of projects across aviation, rail, hospitality, and product design. These are exciting opportunities to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to innovative, human-centred design solutions that help shape the future of travel and transport.


 

Industrial Designers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in industrial or product design (or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years’ industry experience
  • Strong ideation, 3D modelling and rendering skills
  • A highly creative approach and the ability to move fluidly from sketching to CAD
  • Sound knowledge of materials and production processes
  • Experience developing detailed technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A good balance of conceptual creativity and technical rigour
  • A motivated, collaborative attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

CMF Designers

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A degree in textiles or a related creative discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Confidence leading CMF projects from concept through to implementation
  • A strong understanding of materials, finishes and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting both internally and to clients
  • A highly creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to deliver well-considered, technically sound solutions
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
