PriestmanGoode was built around the belief that design should improve the way people experience the world. For more than thirty years, our studio has designed products, services and environments used by millions of people every year, always with the same purpose: make things simpler, more intuitive, more sustainable and better for the people who use them.

We’re delighted to share that this human-centred approach has helped earn us a place as a winner of the Culture 100 Awards, which recognise the UK’s most thriving companies to work for. The award followed a review of over 5,000 companies and a survey of more than 20,000 employees, and celebrates workplaces where people feel genuinely invested in what they do.

Our values of inclusivity, vision, pragmatism, sustainability and collaboration shape how we design, [CHANGED – and how we work with eachother] and how we treat each other while doing it. This recognition means a lot to us, because it reflects the culture the team, as a whole, has built together.

For us, that’s down to our shared ownership. We started our journey to employee-ownership in 2016 and moved to 100% employee owned in 2024, which means everyone at PriestmanGoode has a real stake in the studio’s success. That shapes how we work together, from the responsibility we take on to the way we support each other’s growth through initiatives like MyTime and our funded extracurricular clubs.
